When you first walk into the space, you are hit with a relaxing and calming aura created by the lighting and the aroma diffuser they have running. And then the young lady at the front desk was super kind and friendly! The esthetician who worked with me today was Komal. She is super patient and did a grate job explaining everything to me. She also walked me through her process, every time she was about to do something, she would verbally tell me what’s going on and what will happen, she even predicted the amount of pain I would feel XD. After we were done, she recommended some amazing products they have to keep the pain at bay. I would definitely be coming and booking with Komal again 😀 !!! I would also be recommending this place to anyone who is looking to book their first time, take the leap of faith with this establishment, they do an amazing job! 😊

I had such a great experience today with Muskaan who did my Brazilian wax. It was my first time getting waxed and as a plus size women with insecurities she definitely made me feel very comfortable. She was so kind, professional, and understanding! I would definitely recommend her to anyone! The lady at the front desk was also very nice! Overall the place its self is very clean as well! I tried nufree for the first time and would totally recommend using that for waxing! Pain free 2/10 and no redness! I also took Tylenol before hand and I have finer hair! Overall experience was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Muskaan for making my first time experience a great one! 🙂

Always a great experience here. Van is so amazing at what she does, incredibly professional and kind. I recently had a party for my one year old and the compliments I got on my eyebrows, as usual! I have very thin eyebrows and for some reason she manages to shape them! I have been getting laser hair removal here and the results are PHENOMENAL! HOWEVER, this review is for the FACIAL I received. It was hands-down the B-E-S-T facial I have EVER had! I am an avid facial receiver but Van has impressed me yet again! She never left my side during the treatment. While we were waiting for mask to dry, she massaged my arms and hands! And during the facial I received a proper face and neck massage. Everything was well thought out and top notch from the comfy/cozy blanket, to the products used. My face looked great right after and EVEN BETTER a couple of days later! I can't stop looking at myself! My face looks very bright, tight, and smooth. I love it! I hope that it is not too far-fetched to publicly declare my love for Van and her team!

Very happy with my experience! Used to go to Fuzzbar in Toronto. This place was MUCH more thorough, kind and professional. They even took into account what medications I am taking to make sure I don't have any complications. Joti did my Brazilian and kept me distracted the WHOLE time 😛 I really appreciated that! So kind and so gentle. Will definitely make this my regular spot!

I am very please with my service and glad to say I would definitely be coming back again. I had Van do my waxing. I initially came in for sugaring however Van educated me onNufree and how she recommends it for her clients with course hair textures. Let me tell you my experience with her was seamless and very pleasant. She answered my questions and made the overall atmosphere comfortable. The salon itself was very clean and well maintained. Their prices were reasonable and I also picked up some finipil as it was recommended to help with ingrowns. I would recommend Bikiwax to all my friends especially encourage them to try Nufree as i found the pain level to be quite manageable.

Van is the best. My eyebrows are uneven naturally like one sits a little higher than the other but she is able to even them out. The office is clean and bright. Everyone is distanced and wearing a mask. It feels very safe they do a great job. There are never too many people in the office or in the waiting area the client times are spaced out so you feel safe. The price for an eyebrow wax is very very reasonable . I used to go to the sephora wax bar but I found this clinic and will never go back. Van listens to how I want my eyebrows and makes sure I dont over thin them to keep a very light natural soft glam look for when I put makeup on. I will come here for as long as I live in the area and even if I move away I’ll probably still come to see Van.

Went for a Nufree wax during my pregnancy. Everything was excellent from hygiene practices to almost painless and fast waxing service. I took off a star because this is debit or cash payment only and will charge you 2% more. Also there was a lot of upwelling of products which I didn’t find useful.

It was my very first time getting a Brazilian Wax. I felt nervous by the fact it would be painful, it was my first time and that I would feel uncomfortable in a lot of ways but omg. I felt very comfortable, she had a lot of patience and she was doing her job professionally. Irene was the only who assisted me and I should say she’s just perfect. The way she was doing her job, she was doing it with love and care and she did an absolutely great job. I see she loves what she does and she wanted to help me out. This place is just perfect. 100% recommend this place to absolutely anyone I know. All the people there are lovely and very kind. I go there primarily for waxing and they do such a wonderful job. Not only is their technique quick, but it’s absolutely painless. During each session they also do their absolute best to make you feel comfortable.Waxing can be dangerous or hurtful when not in the correct hands. And unfortunately I learned that the hard way. I have been to other places before and once I started going here I never turned back. I can’t better express my love for biki wax. I would say that waxing is their specialty and if you’re considering doing that you must go here! Definitely the best place to go to in all of Mississauga!

I travel all the way from downtown to see this place. The place is clean, the receptionist is delightful and my wax person Irena is quick, professional and very skilled. She also takes pride in her job.The prices are a bit high ( the reason for the 4 stars) but the service is top notch!By the way I truly recommend using nufree for waxing it's definitely less painful than traditional wax or sugaring. For people with sensitive skins or darker skin tones it's the best in my opinion.

First time coming here for a sugaring after getting regularly waxed with hard wax. I requested Irena because of the other google reviews and I am so happy with the service I received. She was very friendly, professional and gave me instructions with how she wanted me to lay. I will definitely be coming back since Irena made my experience go very well! The lady at the front desk also helped me choose a sugar scrub and I appreciated her help as well. Overall great experience

Went in for my first Brazilian wax and was very happy with the professionalism, cleanliness and overall quality. Although the waxing itself was very painful the staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She did the wax very quickly and gave me time to rest if I needed a break and talked me though the entire thing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a waxing place!

This place is truly amazing. When you walk in, you’re immediately greeted , the place decor is beautiful and the staff is very nice. I got Biki wax done, it went smooth and organised, not much painful. Provide clear instructions during the process and post waxing care was also shared which I loved the most to avoid ingrowth. The equipment and place is very well kept in terms of sanitisation. Had the price be a bit more competitive it would be a 5 star from me. Would recommend their service.

I am SO glad to have found BikiWax and specifically, Van. Like most people, I've had horrible experiences elsewhere and I was searching through all the reviews I could find, BikiWax was consistently listed as the go-to in Mississauga.I appreciate that they have many hair removal options - I use the Nufree Epilation because there is less pain involved. Van has always made me feel comfortable, even when I was scared to walk through the doors the first time.The precautions the clinic is taking due to Covid are very reassuring and I still feel safe to go. I highly recommend checking the place out if you're looking for hair removal services, even if you've had a bad experience elsewhere. You won't regret it!

I would like to update my review. As I did have a bad experience with Irena the first time I came to Bikiwax, Van made everything better. She took the time to explain to me what may have happened and gave me solutions to my problem. There has been no problems since.Van is amazing. She is very professional, comforting, gentle and has an extensive amount of knowledge on what she does.I come to get a brazilian and my under arms waxed. I love how quick and clean the whole process is. She recommended the NuFree wax which is so much more faster and less painful.This is definitely the best place for waxing!!

5 stars does not even give enough justice to this place. It is super hygienic and the staff is friendly and well trained. I usually am afraid of trying new brow spots of fear that they will ruin my brows after spending weeks growing them out. After coming here, I know that this is my new go to spot. They outline your brows exactly how you want them, they are super gentle and constantly ask if you are okay. It was an amazing experience and I am super glad I found this place. If there is anyone afraid of trying a new brow place, I highly encourage this place!!

This place is amazing. I found it just prior to covid and even then the place was spotless and only 1 or 2 clients at a time. It's very clean and inviting. I felt like I went to a spa after only getting my eyebrows done. It's by appointment only so you don't have the typical crowd as you would at other places. It's very inviting, welcoming, safe and the staff is wonderful. I wouldn't trust any other place to do my waxing .
