Cancellation Policy

Dear valued customer,

We sincerely value your business and the trust you have placed in our services. To ensure a smooth operational process, we kindly ask you to adhere to our appointment and cancellation policies.

In respect to appointments, we urge you to maintain your schedule as much as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to manage our schedules efficiently, ensuring we can cater to all our clients’ needs promptly.

We also maintain a firm deposit policy that applies under the following circumstances:

  • For extensive service appointments.
  • Prior to conducting a laser patch test.
  • In the instance of a no-show or a cancellation/rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment.

To prevent losing your deposit fee, we strongly recommend notifying us 24 hours in advance of any necessary changes to your appointment.

In the event of late arrivals (5 minutes or more), please be aware that we may need to reduce the duration of your service, limit the scope of the service, or in some cases, reschedule your entire appointment.

Please understand that regular and punctual attendance not only allows us to provide timely service to our valued clients, but it also ensures that you receive the highest quality results from our services.

Refund Policy

We wish to clarify some important aspects of our business policies to ensure a clear and shared understanding between us.

Firstly, please note that any deposits made, and services utilized, cannot be refunded.

Secondly, we maintain a firm policy on product sales; all such sales are final. This means we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds on products purchased.

Lastly, our package sales are also final. Once purchased, these packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferrable.
