Cancellation Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and provide 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointments. We do our best to meet all our clients’ needs, so prior notice helps us best utilize our schedule.

We have a strict deposit policy. The deposit fee is applied on:

  • Long services.
  • Laser patch test.
  • After the first no-show, or reschedule/cancellation within 24 hours.

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting deposit fee.

Late arrivals for 5 minutes+ will result into deducting time to your session. We may only be able to serve you for certain area(s) or we will have to reschedule your entire appointment.

Please keep in mind that coming consistently not only helps us to provide timely service to our clients, but it also ensures you receive the best results possible.

Refund Policy

Deposit and used services are non-refundable.

All product sales are final, i.e. no exchanges or refunds.

All package sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges, and non-transferrable.
