BikiWax (“I”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.bikiwax.com website, provides hair removal and permanent makeup services (the “Service”).

- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Services when you choose to do so
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service

- To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or inquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information
- For the purpose of contact tracing during COVID-19 pandemic, your personal contact information is kept private for at least 30 days

Bookly WordPress Plugin
We use Bookly Plugin to send out emails about pending, approval, cancelled appointments, and reminder of the upcoming appointments. Your personal information, such as your name, telephone number, email address, appointment history, medical history, will be stored in Bookly Plugin. These information can be deleted any time as per your request.
We use Google Review to collect and receive your feedback. These reviews will be stored on Google Local Business under your Google Account name. You can delete any time when you sign into your Google Account. Your review will appear in the Testimonials session on the front page of www.bikiwax.com.
Facebook Login Button
We use Facebook Login Button App to facilitate your booking process. This app uses your telephone number, email address, and name that you use on Facebook to automatically fill out your information on the Bookly online booking form.
Links To Other Sites
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
