Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and provide 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointments. We do our best to meet all our client’s needs, so prior notice helps us best utilize our schedule.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us 24 hours in advance to avoid a session deduction in the case of redeeming packages or a 30% deposit fee.
The deposit fee will apply after the 1st no-show/reschedule or same day cancellation. It and can be used as store credit if you show up for the coming appointments.
Late arrivals for 5 minutes+ will result into deducting time to your session. We may only be able to serve you for certain area(s) or we will have to reschedule your appointment.
All products, services, packages sales are non-refundable.
